I have been on Accutane and Birth Control for my acne in the past and I can say with confience that this is the BEST ACNE SOLUTION in the world! For me anyways. I am just a regular girl sharing my thoughts about this product. It is a great multi-vitamin that clears acne. One downside, you must eat a little something with it, because what happens when you take a potent multi-vitamin on a completely empty stomcah... you will feel likey ou have to throw up! Toxins in your body cause acne so how can you say good health doesn't factor in? Drinking lots of water helps acne, and riddin your body of toxins helps acne.
