I bought this product with the confirmed "guarantee" that money would be returned if it did not work. It did not work and money was not returned despite several requests. What was not disclosed on the web site or on the label on the cream I bought was the fact that it has Hydrocortisone. Creams with hydrocortisone can be bought at half the price than this product from Market Traders. A rip off. Don't be a trusting sucker like me that was desperate and looking for a cure from decades of a reaccuring itch. FreedermHC cream is a rip off and also the Company, Market Traders, that sells it.
