Taking too much is bad. But most of us don’t get enough of this tissue building, immune boosting mineral, which is why it helps for colds and potentially to prevent acne. At least I guess that’s why it’s included in this supplement.

Conclusion

Here’s my list of rants. First the cost is a bit “high priced” for what are essentially just vitamins and minerals, along with a few herbs and other substances. Don’t get me wrong. They’re not bad for you; it’s just that they are more costly than I think they should be.
