While the steps are clearly spelled out on the company’s website, there are no clear cut instructions on how to actually use the products, namely how many times per day. This leaves you with a feeling of uncertainty right off the bat.

A free-trial is another popular trick these days in the world of acne fighting products. TriClear offers a 14 day free trial if you are willing to pick up the tab for the shipping and handling. But here’s where it gets really confusing. At the bottom of the website in small print you can find the conditions of this “free-trial.” There are two different offers or so it seems. The first offer appears to be to try a two month supply for free for 30 days. Thought it is not clear how to try a 60 day supply in only 30 days. The other offer appears to be the 14 day free-trial but says it is only for the “use test” of 242 first time users. Huh? Just know that whatever “free-trial” you may agree to is going to lock you into an autoship program that is not easy to get out of.

Conclusion

The TriClear Treat and Prevent System says it is unique, but it isn’t. The main difference between this product and the other more well known products like Proactiv is the price. Only in this instance the price is much higher for the imitation product. Lend that to the fact that the company tries to rope you into an autoship program and does not have a complete ingredients list and what do you get; a product that you will more than likely want to avoid.
